The hotel is close to Heathrow Airport and can be reached directly by bus from there. The bus stop is almost in front of the entrance of the hotel. The connection to central London is good, too. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I’ll gladly stay again!
The service is very good. Our plane was canceled and these guys took us in at the last minute. They gave us a great room. And they even prepared breakfast outside the schedule so that we could catch our plane. We are very very grateful! 5 stars!
